Presenter and Designer of 'Designing Effective Research Handouts,' a workshop that assists faculty in designing effective research handouts. Includes a checklist to identify critical aspects needed in research assignments in order to help students succeed on the project. As Chair of the Information Literacy Assessment Committee, used iSkills assessment results to identify topic ideas and create assignments that address skill sets covered on the assessment. Many of the assignments include completed rubrics. All can easily be incorporated by faculty into any class.
